Hypertension is a degenerative disease that is a public health problem. Hypertension can be controlled non-pharmacologically with complementary therapies such as Ginger Hot Pack therapy. The purpose of this study was to see if there was a decrease in blood pressure in patients with hypertension in room VI, Bethesda Hospital, Yogyakarta. This study uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. The data collection technique used purposive sampling with the number of respondents being 1 person with hypertension. The results showed that after the intervention for 2 days there was a decrease in blood pressure on the first day, namely before being given BP: 150/90 mmHg to 140/80 mmHg. On the second day before being given BP: 168/94 mmHg to 160/91 mmHg. In the research that has been done, the client's response is that the nape feels comfortable and there is a decrease in blood pressure. The conclusion of this study was that the client's response was that the nape felt comfortable and there was a decrease in blood pressure
