Background: Waiting time for the results of the Sar Cov-19 antigen test is one of the problem in terms of health service practices that can cause an uncomfortable feeling if the waiting time too long. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the lenght of service waiting time and the patien’s anxiety level at Bethesda Wonosari Hospital 2022. Method: This type research is quantitative-correlation with cross sectional approach. The sample was 41 respondents, using accidental sampling technique.The data collection was using a questionnaire of Zung-Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS/SRAS). Data were analyed using the fisher’s exact test. Result: Most respondents are female (65,9%), most respondents are in aged 21-30 years (61%), most are respondents who work (80,5%), and most have a college education level (48,8%). The result of the fisher’s exact test show that there is a relationship between waiting time for antigen examination and the patient”s level of anxiety. Conclusion: there is a relationship between the lenght of service waiting time for the result of the Sar Cov-19 antigen test with patient’s anxiety level in Bethesda Wonosari Hospital with moderate/fair level of relationship. Suggestion: Bethesda Wonosari Hospital can make a decision by adding a staff for the Sar Cov-19 Antigen test so that the waiting time is not too long.
